From Triboro Bridge to
Take MAJOR DEEGAN NORTH (87 North) . Travel about 7 or 8 miles. Take CROSS COUNTY PARKWAY. Stay on the rightmost lane - travel for approximately ¼ mile and take Cross County EAST. It splits at the very beginning - take the RIGHT FORK (sign says “Broad Street, Kimball Ave & Bronx River Parkway”) FYI… the left fork says “Hutchinson River Pkwy - DO NOT TAKE THIS! Look at diagram below:
After you take the right fork, travel for half a mile and get off at Exit 7. Immediately you will come to a traffic light, at the light make a LEFT turn onto West Broad Street. Go to the next light and make a LEFT onto GRAMATAN AVENUE. Go about 100 yards. Our office is the first tall building (7 storied apartment building) on the RIGHT - the corner of Gramatan Ave. & Centre Street. The entrance to the office is on Gramatan Ave., close to Centre Street. Please DO NOT go into the Main Lobby Entrance.
Parking: At the end of West Broad Street on to your right, before you make the left onto Gramatan Avenue, there is Municipal Parking.
