Take Cross Bronx Expressway South ( towards George Washington Bridge, but not all the way to the G.W. bridge) and go about 5 miles. Take Bronx River Parkway North and travel about 8 miles.  Then take Cross County Parkway East.   

Go ¼ of a mile and get off at the very first exit, which is exit 7 (Gramatan Avenue and Broad street). Immediately come to a traffic light.  At light, make a left turn onto West Broad Street.  Go to light and make a left onto Gramatan Avenue.  Go 100 yards and the Doctor’s Office is in the first seven storied building on the right - the corner of Gramatan Ave. and Centre St.  The entrance is on Gramatan Ave. close to Centre St.  Please DO NOT go into the main lobby entrance of the building.

Parking:  At the end of West Broad Street on to your right, before you make the left onto Gramatan Avenue, there is Municipal Parking.
